The cut-off date for ACCP/ASHP’s hotel room block is Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Room rates cannot be guaranteed after this date. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival; deposits are not refunded for cancellations made fewer than 48 hours prior to arrival date.
