It is the expectation of ACCP and ASHP that all attendees and presenters be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending the review course. All ACCP and ASHP staff in attendance will be fully vaccinated. COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States are effective at protecting people—especially those who are boosted— from getting seriously ill, being hospitalized, and even dying. As with other diseases, you are protected best from COVID-19 when you stay up to date with the recommended vaccines.
Be assured that ASHP will follow all national and local COVID-19 public health guidelines in place at the time of the meeting, including, if appropriate, masking and distancing protocols. We recognize that the COVID-19 situation is continually changing. We will continue to closely monitor, the latest available information to enable us to make appropriate decisions that are in the best interests of all involved in the meeting.
In addition, ASHP is in close coordination and having ongoing conversations with the meeting venue and airline and travel industry liaisons. ASHP is committed to compliance with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, and local health authorities in connection with the location of the applicable in-person ASHP meeting or event.
