Dr. Auten is a clinical oncology pharmacist at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Medical Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Auten received her PharmD degree from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2012. John B. Bossaer John Bossaer, PharmD, BCOP, is an oncology pharmacist and professor of pharmacy practice at East Tennessee State University’s Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy. He is a native of Reynolds, Indiana, and currently resides in Johnson City, Tennessee. He graduated from the Purdue University College of Pharmacy in 2007. After earning his PharmD, he completed a two-year pharmacy residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, specializing in oncology. He has been a faculty member at the ETSU College of Pharmacy since 2009 and has practiced in both inpatient and outpatient environments. He is also host and producer of the OncoPharm weekly podcast.

Ryan Bycroft Ryan Bycroft is a clinical pharmacy specialist for oncology at the University of Louisville Health, Brown Cancer Center. Courtney Cavalieri

Courtney Cavalieri is a clinical oncology pharmacist at the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at the University of Colorado Hospital, and her PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy residency at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She currently works in the ambulatory setting, rotating between the gastrointestinal malignancies/investigational therapeutics clinic and the thoracic/head and neck malignancies clinic. At Huntsman, Courtney is one of the PGY2 Oncology Residency program coordinators. She also participates in the Chemotherapy Order Template committee for NCCN, the Annual Conference Abstract Review Subcommittee for HOPA, and is a past-president of the Utah Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Karen M. Fancher, PharmD, BCOP, is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Duquesne University School of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a Specialty Residency in Oncology Pharmacy Practice at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa. She then spent almost 10 years as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Blood and Marrow Transplant Division at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center before returning to Pittsburgh to work with the West Penn Allegheny Oncology Network. Her current practice site is the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center at Passavant Hospital. She presently serves on the faculty for the ASHP/ACCP Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) Review & Recertification course and various committees of the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA). In addition, she has recently been appointed to the inaugural class of HOPAmbassadors. Her research interests include chronic leukemias, lymphomas, and ethics in oncology.

Christopher Fausel Christopher Fausel, PharmD, MHA, BCOP, is the Director of Pharmacy for Precision Genomics Oncology at the Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center (IUSCCC) in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he coordinates the institutional molecular tumor board. He graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy in 1993 and a PharmD in 1996, and completed residency training at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, New York. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Board of the Hoosier Cancer Research Network, a non-profit organization that conducts clinical trials and translational research in cancer and serves as the administrative headquarters of the Big Ten Cancer Research Consortium. He is the founding Residency Program Director for the PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency. He has previously served as a clinical specialist in hematology/oncology/stem cell transplant and as a clinical manager for oncology pharmacy for over 20 years at Indiana University Health. He serves as Chair for the Indiana University biomedical IRB. He is a long-standing member of ASHP, ASCO, and HOPA.

Laura Ice Lauren Ice is a pharmacy supervisor for the cancer health and transplant clinical pharmacy specialist teams at Corewell Health. She maintains a clinical practice in hematopoietic stem cell transplant and immune effector cell therapy in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as part of her current role. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and completed her PGY1 and PGY2 Oncology Residencies at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is board-certified in pharmacotherapy and oncology.

Elyse McDonaldElyse MacDonald, PharmD, MS, BCPS, FASHP, is a director of pharmacy services with a focus on research pharmacy and infusion pharmacy at Stanford Health Care. Previously, she was the pharmacy manager for the Investigational Drug Service at the University of Utah Health. Prior to this position, she was a drug information specialist with the University of Utah Drug Information Service. She has presented the research design and statistics module for the ASHP/ACCP Oncology Pharmacy Review and Recertification Course since 2014. She also presents on various topics related to research pharmacy practices. She was a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for AJHP. Dr. MacDonald was appointed as a member of the ASHP Commission on Affiliate Relations from 2017 to 2020. She has been a member of the ASHP SCSS Section Advisory Group (SAG) on Emerging Sciences and the Clinical Leadership SAG. She also served as a network facilitator for Pharmacoeconomics and Drug Policy Development. Elyse is also a past president of the Utah Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She served as a Utah delegate to the ASHP House of Delegates in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2023, and 2024.

Janelle Mann Janelle Mann, PharmD, BCOP, is a pharmacy manager and clinical pharmacist specialist at Siteman Cancer Center – Barnes-Jewish Hospital / Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 2009. She went on to complete both PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy residencies at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She currently practices in an ambulatory clinic, focusing on thoracic malignancies and other medical oncology areas. She serves as the manager of outpatient oncology clinical pharmacy services at Siteman and precepts residents from the PGY2 Oncology program at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Colleen McCabeDr. McCabe is a Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist practicing as the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Adult Sarcoma and Melanoma at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She received her DoDr. Colleen McCabe, PharmD, BCOP, serves as the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist for Adult Sarcoma at Emory Healthcare and the Winship Cancer Institute. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy residency at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta. Prior to returning to Emory, she spent five years as the melanoma/sarcoma clinical pharmacy specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Nationally and internationally, Dr. McCabe advances sarcoma care and the role of oncology pharmacists through evidence‑based guidance, invited education, and peer‑reviewed scholarship. Her work emphasizes real‑world implementation of new oncology therapies and practice management—translating evidence into sustainable pathways and education. Her publications and talks span oral oncolytic management, infusion‑workflow and safety interventions, immune‑related adverse event mitigation, and pharmacist‑led mentorship of residents and students.

Danielle Roman Danielle Roman, PharmD, BCOP, is the manager for oncology clinical pharmacy services and clinical pharmacy specialist at the Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her clinical practice focuses on cancer care within a large ambulatory community practice. She served as adjunct clinical instructor for Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and lectures at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She served as the residency program director for the PGY2 oncology resident program at Allegheny General Hospital for six years and continues her involvement in the program as the residency program coordinator. Dr. Roman received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy and completed her post-graduation residency training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she specialized in oncology pharmacy. Her research and scholarly activities focus on breast cancer, melanoma, and the management of oral anticancer agents.

Sherry VogtSherry L. Vogt, PharmD, BCOP, currently serves as the System Clinical Pharmacy Manager and Clinical Specialist Pharmacist at the Hollings Cancer Center, part of the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to joining Hollings, she began her pharmacy career at the James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Sherry has been instrumental in developing and expanding numerous outpatient oncology clinics and optimizing inpatient clinical pharmacy services. Her primary clinical focus has been in Genitourinary Medical Oncology, though she has provided care across a broad spectrum of solid tumor malignancies throughout her career. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Sherry is actively involved in pharmacy education. She teaches didactically at the College of Pharmacy and serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students and PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents. Outside of her professional role, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, training for half marathons, and watching her two boys play soccer and ice hockey.


Christine Walko, PharmD, BCOP, FASCO, FCCP*

Christine Walko Christine M. Walko graduated with her PharmD degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the Medical College of Virginia/VCU in Richmond, Virginia, and a hematology/oncology specialty residency at the University of North Carolina (UNC). She stayed at UNC to complete a 2-year academic oncology fellowship focused on drug metabolism and translational research, before taking an Assistant Professor position in the Division of Pharmacotherapy and Experimental Therapeutics until being recruited to Moffitt Cancer Center in January 2014 to help launch the institution’s first Precision Medicine Program. Dr. Walko is now a Senior Member in the Department of Pathology at Moffitt Cancer Center, Program Leader for Precision Medicine, and an Attending on the Precision Medicine Clinical Service. She is also a Co-Chair of the ASCO TAPUR trial Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) and a variant expert for the nationwide SWOG Precision Medicine trial, focused on the clinical utility of Molecular Tumor Boards in Community Oncology Practices. Her research focus is on optimizing drug therapy using pharmacogenomics and pharmacokinetics to personalize intravenous and oral anticancer therapy for patients with cancer.

Jennifer graduated with her PharmD from Duquesne University in 2011 and subsequently completed her PGY1 at the University of Chicago Medical Center and PGY2 in pediatric oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
